These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Northern Ace Club website at northernaceclub.com and your dining experience with us. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Northern Ace Club
Northern Ace Club is a fine dining restaurant located at 143 Quay Street, Viaduct Harbour, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. We operate Tuesday through Sunday and are closed on Mondays.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made via our website contact form, by telephone (+64 9 303 4150), or by email (supp@northernaceclub.com).
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from our team.
- For parties of 7 or more, a credit card may be required to secure the booking.
- We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the booked time. After this period, we cannot guarantee your reservation.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse a reservation at its absolute discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 48 hours notice: Full cancellation with no charge.
- 24–48 hours notice: No charge, but we ask for courtesy notice so we can offer your table to other guests.
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: For bookings of 6 or more guests, a cancellation fee of NZD 35 per person may be charged.
- For tasting menu bookings and private dining events, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Dining Experience
- Our menus are subject to change based on ingredient availability and seasonality.
- Menu prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
- We make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking. Whilst all care is taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Smart casual dress is requested for dinner service. We reserve the right to decline entry to guests who are not appropriately attired.
- Children are welcome at Northern Ace Club. We ask that children remain seated during the dining experience out of consideration for other guests.
5. Alcohol Service
Northern Ace Club holds an On-Licence under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (New Zealand). We are required to:
- Request photo identification from guests who appear under 25 years of age.
- Refuse service of alcohol to intoxicated guests.
- Serve alcohol responsibly. Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
6. Website Use
The content on northernaceclub.com, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Northern Ace Club and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
We take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website; however, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our website.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website does not contain links to third-party websites. Any reference to external organisations or products is for informational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Northern Ace Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the booking or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
